

We are currently working to further formalize our structure, moving to reflect the more traditional consensus-based structures of our communities past. Each new member has been an asset to each of the projects and works to support our future work. As the scale and scope of each project grew, we have continued to explore and expand our membership to incorporate new skills and relationships. Utilizing close friend and familial ties, we quickly began to self-produce our own Indigenous content modern, contemporary content. Janet is a new publisher with the Ojistoh Publishing label which she operates from her home territory of Six Nations of the Grand River. She brings her poetic practice to live in all areas off-page as well as in print with 7 published collections to date. She earned her Master’s in Education from Lesley University in Cambridge. Since first hitting the stage in the 2004 session of the EOH circus camp, Gwyneth has studied theatre arts, classical acting and improv at Boston University, the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts and the Upright Citizens Brigade. An alumna of Boston University’s College of Fine Arts, she discovered her passion for teaching while interning at the Boston University Summer Theatre Institute. #Hamilton monologue registration
To register, download the registration form on the AATP website at. Space is limited and will be first come first served. The cost of the workshop is $50 and scholarships are available. Students will perform their monologues on Zoom for invited friends and family members.

Each student will receive a short individual monologue coaching session. In small groups, students will practice their monologues. Students will learn about beats, objectives and tactics. This session will focus on monologue analysis. The duration of each class will depend upon enrollment. The first two classes will culminate in a low-stakes presentation during the third session. The focus of this workshop is monologue preparation for auditions, using a text-based analysis approach followed by an opportunity for skill application.

This three-part Summer Youth Theater Workshop series is geared for teens and will take place online via Zoom. Arts at the Palace in Hamilton will help aspiring thespians nail their next audition with a Teen Monologue Workshop this August.
